First Day(s) of the 2016-17 School Year

Before school officially started, we went to the Back to School Night at Cathedral. Garytt found his desk and met his teacher, Mrs. Pavelka.


August 16 was Garytt's first official day as an Eagle and a 1st grader!


Westyn thought maybe he could go to 1st grade incognito.


There he goes into into school!


Westyn and I picked him up after school and he said it was a great day!


A few days later, on Aug 22, it was Westyn's first day at Cathedral in the Eaglets II class.


Off he goes!


I snapped a quick picture as he started playing with some new friends.


September 6 was Westyn's first day of preschool at Christ Lutheran School. He was being pretty silly that morning, so we didn't get quite as good of pictures.

He was right at home when we walked in and saw two of his buddies from last year, Jona and Dietrich.
