A Trip to Green Bay

On the last day that W.D. and Shira were here, we decided to make a trip up to Green Bay for the day. We first went to a winery just outside Green Bay called Parallel 44. We had a little picnic lunch overlooking the vineyards, which was quite beautiful. We also took a tour of their vineyards and wine making facility. Then everyone went in the shop to taste the wine. Garytt was getting a bit bored with the whole thing, so I stayed outside and played with him in their courtyard.

After that, we headed back in to the town of Green Bay to take a tour of the Packers stadium. They recently remodeled and the atrium area really is quite beautiful. And of course, we had to take picutres down by the field.

Ready to go on the tour...yay!

After the tour, we took a moment to look around the gift shop.

Not sure what we are doing here. :)

Rather than buy a cheesehead, we decided a picture was enough...haha.

After the brief stop in the gift shop, we decided to take a few pictures in front of the Vince Lombardi statue.

By that time, it was time to head back to Oshkosh. We hope that W.D. and Shira enjoyed their trip. We certainly enjoyed having them visit!
