Fireworks 101

Bec and Kyle brought up a bag full of fireworks for the whole family to enjoy. So, a few days before the 4th of July, we all went out in my parents' driveway to light some of the smaller fireworks like smoke bombs, snakes, and a train. We also taught Garytt how to throw and stomp on snappers to make noise. It was easier for him to understand throwing them.

Ready to watch the fun

Garytt's not so sure about the smoke bombs

Garytt loved the little poppers and didn't want to put them down

Look what's inside the poppers!

Having a great time!

We also got up and did fireworks the morning of the 4th of July at my parents' house because Bec and Kyle had to leave to go back to Wichita before the big family picnic. Garytt is still in his pajamas in these pictures, so he doesn't look very patriotic yet.

Protecting his ears from one of the louder expolosions...probably firecrackers

Mostly by day two, Garytt was all about the snappers! He defintely got the hang of it.

We would like to give a special thank you to Kyle for bringing the fireworks up for everyone to enjoy! We had a great time!
