Baby Shower Partea

Two of our Colorado cousins were expecting babies around the same time in September. So, Becca had a great idea to throw a long distance baby shower with the idea that you would bring your gift unwrapped and we would have a wrap and pack party. What a great idea.

Bec gave Justin a picture of an invite she liked and he was able to replicate it.

We were concerned about how to tell everyone that Molly and Katie, the guests of honor wouldn't actually be at the party and that we wanted to wrap gifts there. So, I came up with a little rhyme and we added that to the invite.

My mom made the cookies, Becca baked all the bread, Sharon found the room for us to use. So, it was a real group effort. The room was adorable and the treats were yummy.

We had some diapers for everyone to write sayings on and send to the new moms. People really got creative with some of those sayings and I hear that Molly and Katie and their families laughed pretty hard about those diapers!

And, of course, there was lots of time to chat and mingle.

It was nice to see everyone! I especially liked seeing this little helper.

Time to wrap up the gifts...we had a big helper with that part too!
