Wiggles and Giggles

Yesterday was a big day for Garytt. Not only did he have his last day of gym class. We had lunch with some friends directly afterwards. Then he got to hang out with Justin while I went to my OB appointment. Finally, we all headed up to the Appleton airport to pick up our good friends Stacy and Hannah Mulder from Kansas!

We are so excited to be hosting Stacy and Hannah for a week here in Wisconsin. Unfortunately for them, the mild winter weather has apparently past. Today was the coldest day of the year thus far with a windchill of -20 this morning.

Stacy and I did decide to take the kids out this morning despite the weather. The local YMCA has a program called Wiggles and Giggles for pre-K kids to come and enjoy what is basically an open gym. We thought it would be a good idea to let the kids run around for a hour or so and wear them out.

Garytt and Hannah did seem to enjoy themselves...but they didn't play together much.

We had a great time with the kids at Wiggles and Giggles! It was a great option to get out of the house on such a cold day and let the kids get some energy out...although they still had plenty of energy left for the afternoon!
