We had reservations for 8am breakfast. The bonus to having such an early breakfast is that the park doesn't even open until 9am. So, you don't waste any park time and you get to see some characters. And you can get some pictures of the park scenery without tons of people in the pictures.
We did have to wait a few minutes before they would let us in since we got to the park a little early. Once through the gate, we had a nice walk to the restaurant.
And a fairly clear view of Mickey's hat!
We took a few pictures in front of the Disney Jr. Play and Dine sign. The boys were more interested in looking at the pictures than posing for a picture though.
As it worked out, Jake was the first character to stop by our table!
Our next guest was June from Little Einsteins, one of the boys other favorite shows. You can see Garytt is doing the Little Einstein "blast off" for June.
(Side Note: The quality of pictures for Jake and June were a little poor...I didn't check the camera settings before they reached our table...bummer.)
Agent Oso came by next. I have to admit, I really don't know this character. We don't watch the show and I've only really seen commercials for it. But he's a fun looking character and the boys were happy to get a picture with him.
The final guest was Handy Manny. Although we don't really watch this show either, we do know the character.
The fun thing about this breakfast is that after all the characters came around to the tables, they stood up at the front and danced while some other cast members sang some of the songs from Disney Junior. Garytt was timid at first, but then jumped right up there to dance next to Jake. Westyn mostly watched and clapped.
We also took a few videos of the dancing fun.
Right after they finished dancing, we took the opportunity to finish our breakfast. Jake stopped by one more time!
We had a great time at this breakfast! We finished up just as the park was opening. So, it was time to go check out the rest of Hollywood Studios!
