Right when we arrived, there was a penguin encounter starting. So, we took a seat to watch.
Then it was off to expolore more of the aquarium.
Of course, one of the favorite attractions was the stingray encounter. It was hard to get a good picture, but I think both boys were able to touch a stingray at least once.
We headed outside to see more attractions.
The boys really enjoyed the jellyfish displays.
After the aquarium, we decided to walk around Stanley Park for a bit. We found some cool views of the water.
We walked a little farther and found Prospect Point, which is the northern most tip of Stanley Park and has a little historical marker to note it.
As we continued to walk, we took a few more pictures.
As we walked, we saw the famous Lions Gate Bridge.
We continued our walk along the water wall and headed to dinner in the city.
After walking around quite a bit along city streets, we finally agreed upon an Italian restaurant with outdoor seating. It ended up being a great choice as the boys ate really well and it was nice to sit on the patio. Happy Anniversary dinner!

We took a few pictures with the Vancouver skyline in the background on our way back, too.
Our final stop in Stanley Park was the totem pole area. Of course, it was getting dark, so it was hard to get good pictures but it was still fun.
Our day in Vancouver ran much later than we originally anticipated. There was just so much to see! Thankfully boarder crossing wasn't too bad, so we made it back to the U.S. for the night with no problem.
