We stopped for some pictures in front of the Tree of Life but the boys weren't all that into pictures so Garytt wouldn't really look at the camera.
We even tried to get them to do their animal roar...Westyn was game but not so much Garytt.
Animal Kingdom is Auggie's favorite park, so he was pretty excited and totally game for pictures.
Auggie andd Shira even got to do a few magic shots.
We headed to Dinoland first. On the way, Auggie found a cool dino to take a picture with.
The photopass person that took his picture was on her way to another station but gave us a tip that some characters would be arriving soon and pointed us in that direction. So, we hopped in line to see who would show up. It was Goofy and Pluto!
Sadly, the Triceratops Spin, which is a ride that everyone could ride was being fixed. So, Garytt and the rest of the crew went to ride on some rides that had height requirements like Dinosaur.
Westyn and I went to the Dinoland play area (which wasn't nearly as nerve wracking as the Honey I Shrunk the Kids play area).
Soon we had to head to the safari ride since we had Fastpasses for it.
After that we headed out to Rafiki's Planet Watch...where we met Rafiki himself!
Westyn was pretty proud of all the autographs he had collected so far.
At Rafiki's Planet watch we learned about reptiles, bugs, etc.
By then it was time for an afternoon break.
