We tried to get a picture of the group in front of the big Christmas tree since they had a Photopass photographer there and they didn't earlier in the day. However, Garytt was a bit too wiggly, so he looks blurry.
When we got inside the park, we decided to do another group shot in front of the magic hat again. This photographer was great! She let Garytt do his wiggles and then would say "Freeze" and snap the shot. She made it into a game, and it worked out great.
The main things on our agenda for the evening at Hollywood Studios were the Fantasmic show and seeing the Osborn Family Lights. But we had some time to take in a few shows, including the Little Mermaid show and Muppets 3D.
We were also able to ride Toy Story Mania again.
Garytt wanted to ride Star Tours again. While we rode that, Justin and Westyn watched the Jedi training show just outside. Westyn and Garytt are both big fans of Star Wars after seeing this show and riding the Star Tours ride.
Pretty soon it was dark enough to go check out the Osborn Family Lights on the Streets of America. It was pretty crowded but very cool to see.
It was pretty fun when they made it "snow" too. The boys were impressed with that and kept checking out the sky.
We decided to see the last showing of Fantasmic that night. I was a little worried when the show was delayed for technical difficulties. But they fixed whatever the issue was and got the show going.
We didn't take a lot of pictures during this show so we could enjoy just watching it. But Justin did take a few video clips. The first one shows a few of the boats with characters on them. The second clip shows sorcerer Mickey at the top of the mountain and then magically at the bottom of the mountain and then he disappears, which happened to be Garytt's favorite part of the whole show. He just couldn't believe Mickey could do that.
The park was technically closed shortly after the Fantasmic show started. Being that we were some of the last people out of the theater area, the park was pretty empty when we were walking back towards the front. We decided to take a picture of the magic hat while no one was around.
We found one last penny press under the hat, too.
We enjoyed our day at Hollywood Studios!
