We were a little early for our reserved time to walk through Rudy but they let us go on in. So, that was the first thing on our agenda. We had the option of waiting in line to see Santa first and then touring Rudy or just going straight to Rudy. Surprisingly, Garytt said he didn't want to wait for Santa. We were fine with that since we'd already seen Santa twice this season. So, we zipped up our coats and headed outside to tour the Rudy train.
Of course, we had to take a few photos outside before we headed back inside.
Next, we headed towards the miniature train so the boys could take a ride. I was a little nervous because there were no seat belts and Westyn has a tendancy to be spontaneously crazy and I wouldn't put it past him to suddenly stand up and try to get out. The gal working there was super sweet and offered to walk beside him the whole time.
We tried to get a picture of the boys together after that. It took about twenty photos to get this one.
By then, it was time to pack up and head on to Topeka. On our way out, we were able to see Rudy with his lights on.
We really enjoyed our break at Union Station. I hope we can go again next year!
