Garytt wanted to carry in all his school supplies by himself but decided they were a little too heavy for him.
So, he walked with Dad and Westyn while I carried the supplies.
Ms. Soncha's class has a Hollywood/Movie theme this year. (You can see Miss Soncha through the doorway.)
She even has a red carpet and star shaped balloons. (Ignore the unfinished baseboards in the pictures...they are all fixed now.)

Once inside, Garytt didn't hesitate to check out all the fun toys.
And, it should come as no surprise that he was drawn to the stack of dress-up hats! Ms. Soncha also made some fun paper glasses, moustaches, and lips for added dress-up fun.
Westyn got in on the dress-up action, too. Check out his awesome necklaces!
Ms. Soncha asked each of the kids to get a picture in her "photo booth." It took a little warming up to the idea, but eventually Garytt agreed. He chose some pretty fun glasses for his picture. At first he looked a little shocked.
Then, he gave us a great smile!
This kid is ready for school!
