After our fun evening hanging out with cousins on the 26th, we headed over to our hotel to check in. But it was pretty late by then so we just headed straight to bed.

Since it was such a long day the day before, we decided to do something very special the next morning and order room service for breakfast. The boys thought that was pretty awesome to have food delivered and get to eat breakfast in bed!


We were staying at the Gaylord Texan, which has such beautiful Christmas decor, we thought it would be a special treat for the boys too.


We didn't have time explore the hotel too much the next morning because we were on our way to meet family for lunch. But we did find Santa's chair on the way to the car.

We met up with Mimi, Aunt Shira, Uncle Kirk, and Cousin Auggie for lunch at a little hole in the wall burger joint. It was quite tasty and had a toss the ring game that entertained the boys.


After lunch, we all headed over to the Fort Worth Science Museum.  The last time we visited this science museum was July 2014, so we already knew this was a fun science museum.


After the science museum fun, it was time to head back to the hotel.


The boys ended the day with some presents from Mimi.
