Jacob Turns Two

Just a week after we closed on our house, we headed down to the Wichita area to celebrate Jacob's 2nd birthday.

We hung out at the Polok house for a while before the party. Love these cutie pies!

And check out little Levi, who was only two months old here.

Pretty soon it was time to go help set up for the party.

The boys were big "helpers" with blowing up the balloons.

Bec had some cute party games set up. The boys enjoyed the "Build Zone," which I thought was a brilliant and simple kids entertainment idea!

I like that party hat!

It got quite warm in the garage, so someone had to keep Levi cool by hanging out by the fan...good thing Aunt Jen was happy to help out!

Pretty soon the boys discovered the bounce house.

Next up, and probably the crowd favorite, was the dig zone sand box.

Present time! The boys did a good job letting Jacob open up the gifts without their help but they were quick to check out the things he received.

We gave Jacob a Mr. Potato Head, which is one of our favorite toys.

Jacob received a really cool surprise at the end of gift time. The Polok side gave him and old, restored pedal car. Very neat!

Next it was time for some cake...but sadly it was too windy to get the candle to light.

Levi looked pretty entertained by Grandma during the gifts and cake.

One last time in the sand box after cake and ice cream.

Happy 2nd Birthday to this awesome little construction worker. Love ya!
