They got a little silly during the warm-up time because they got to sit next to each other (even though you can't tell in this picture).
The rest are pictures of Westyn in gym class because after the first few weeks of doing very well all on his own, he suddenly had a little anxiety and needed me to be right with him. So, it was difficult for me to snap pictures of Garytt's group.
Painting fun.
Grandma and Grandpa came to town one weekend in September. We met them for lunch. Grandpa taught Westyn to drink applesauce through a straw.
Then we headed to the park for some fun. The boys even convinced Grandma to do the slide and the swings!
Then we played some games at home.
Big man on campus.
Swords and bikes are like jousting events.
Westyn enjoys park time on Tuesdays with his friend Chase while Garytt and Chase's sister, Izzy, are at school.
The boys woke up one morning and insisted on wearing K-State purple to school...boy, Grandma would be proud.
The afternoon of the day that the boys had the sudden urge to wear so much purple, a box of maroon shirts and goodies came from Mimi! WHOOP!
Ellie...too lazy to actually hold her head up while checking out the front yard.
Garytt appeared wearing this and told Justin he was Robin Hood.
This new swing at the park is so relaxing.
Westyn the fly boy.
Water guns and bikes...good times.
Band-aids...they are quite the issue in our house. Any little tiny bump requires one. Well, one day I discovered they found the stash and were using them more as accessories.
Garytt's class at school is almost all girls. So, when he is invited to parties, it is often a princess party and he is often the only boy...as was the case with this party. But, hey, he's game if there is cake!
You never know what kind of game the boys will come up with next. Like this game that kept them entertained forever. They just kept taking turns...it was great...and kind of funny.
