Randomness

Ok, so I have this collection of random photos taken over the past few months that don't individually consitute a blog post. However, I wanted to share them because these little moments are what make up my wonderful life. Sometimes when I see a moment, I try to freeze frame it in my mind because I know these are the days that will be gone too soon and I will miss them. (And sometimes I'm fortunate enough to be close enough to a camera to actually get a real freeze frame.)

We have been working with Garytt for a while on catching a ball. He is very good at throwing them (go figure) but catching is another story. We have gotten him to hold out his hands but he closes his eyes, so we really have to throw the ball right into his hands. We are hoping this will inspire some confidence to keep his eyes open. This is is a series of photos taken back in March.

Westyn received a toy biggie bank from Mimi and Garytt is "showing" Westyn how to use it...Garytt really likes to play with it! I love how Westyn really appears to be watching Garytt. (And yes, I was in the middle of vacuuming...)

One Saturday morning in April, I came downstairs to see this awesome moment...all of my guys together! (And a little brotherly love from Garytt to Westyn.)

Westyn has started to enjoy his Bumbo chair more. And his is able to hold rings and bring them to his mouth now.







One Saturday we were getting some lunch ready and we walked around the corner to check on Garytt and he had climbed into the office chair with a book...he was so into his book it took him a minute to notice us. (And yes, my office is a mess right now...that's how you know these are real moments...ha!)

Garytt really had very little interest in going into the office except to play with the books on the shelves until I put a slide show as my screen saver. He LOVES to sit and watch the screen saver and see pictures of himself and his brother!





Garytt and Westyn bring so much joy to our lives! And I love being able to document the simple moments as well as the major ones.
