Disney Spring 2018 - Day 1 - Breakfast at Chef Mickey's

In late April, we took a trip to Disney World with Grandma, Grandpa, and the Polok family. We had originally planned this trip to happen in October 2017 but we had to postpone it when we found out Grandpa was sick. So, this trip was not only a celebration of being able to get all 10 of us on a trip together but a celebration of Grandpa beating cancer!

We all arrived in Florida on May 28 but started our Disney fun early on May 29 by having breakfast at Chef Mickey's! This has become a favorite way for us to start off our Disney fun because we get to meet the Fab Five right off the bat with no waiting in line!

Chef Mickey's is a fun, lively place to eat. The boys love when the music comes on and they get to swing their napkins in the air.


Of course, there's also the famous Mickey waffles to enjoy!


But the best part of eating at Chef Mickey's is meeting Mickey and the gang! Unfortunately, Jacob and Levi were a bit overwhelmed and weren't too sure about meeting Mickey and friends so they are in some pics but not others.


Since Levi's birthday was just around the corner, we had a little birthday cupcake sent to the table.


After our yummy breakfast, it was time to head to the parks. Garytt and Westyn remembered there were some penny presses not far from Chef Mickey's though, so they got out their penny press supplies, which I had prepared for each of the boys.
