Mantle in the living room. It was flanked by two Christmas trees, which I apparently didn't take a picture of during the day.

The dining room had a Texas themed Christmas tree as well as my Russian Santa collection on the buffet. I also used some of my Great Aunt's candle sticks to create an Advent wreath.

The basement had the Disney themed Christmas tree.

The boys received some chocolate coins on St. Nicholas Day.

Our elf, Melchior, made an appearance again this year. Sometimes he was lazy though and didn't move as much as he should have! Oops!

The boys discovered a drawing app on their tablets and loved working on drawing.

The boys enjoyed a Cub Scout bowling party.

Justin took the boys out of school early one day to go see the new Star Wars movie.

Justin had a work colleague visit us and we showed her around Lincoln. Of course we had to go to Hurt's Donuts!

Watching Husker basketball and volleyball.

When we moved to our new house, we had to start parking our truck on a side street just around the corner from us because we don't have enough room in our driveway for another vehicle. We found out through some lovely notes on our truck that there is a neighbor that doesn't like our truck on the street. We were even turned into the police for a parking violation. So we move our truck every.single.day to prevent a parking violation. Apparently, that too upsets the neighbor, so they started booby trapping our truck...as you can see in the pictures.

Obviously, we called it into the police. And so far, that has prevented further issues like this but I am always on edge now. I walk around the entire truck every time I get in it. Sad that neighbors have to be that way!
Cathedral put on a short skit of the Christmas story. Westyn (and the rest of Kindergarten) was a sheep.

Garytt got to hold up part of the final sign that said Merry Christmas.

Westyn wanted to help wrap some gifts. Apparently, you cut better with your mouth open.

We took a trip to Paint Yourself Silly while Mimi was in town. The boys loved getting to pick their own item to paint.

The boys had cake and presents for me on my birthday. Love them!

Playing with their new toys.

Justin teaching the boys how to play Pac-Man.

The boys were so happy to have Pokemon binders, they took them to bed with them every night for a while.
